Mini-Course Now Available
By Deborah Lee | October 4, 2008
I’ve just added a minicourse to this site discussing how music can be used to make your day to day life better. It deals with ways music can help with things many of us struggle with such as sleep problems, stress, and pain. There’s also an article by a music therapist on using music to memorize things.
Look in the upper right hand corner to enroll.
Thanks,
Deborah
P.S.I’d also like to invite you to add your thoughts and questions in the comment portion of this blog post.

This for this great mini-course! I’m working on writing a health book on moms and stress, and I have a section on music to relieve stress. May I write to you if I need more info? This was very helpful, and it made so much sense. I especially appreciated the advice to use music you know. I violated this rule at a dinner party recently, and no wonder I felt so much tension!

Thanks for the free mini-course. I read the selection on stress. If you have time it would be very helpful for me if you could give some well known examples of each kind of music-one that causes tension and one that doesn’t. Thanks!
